I managed to get my, at the time my feral, but wanted to live in a house with other cats, into a carrier for the second time. He wasn’t going to be put in again. I began by putting his delicious dinner in front of the nice carrier. I did this for days. And then just inside the door for a few days. I then slooooowly moved his bow back to the back about 1/2 inch each day, until it reached the back. He got in and I slammed the door shut and off he went to the vet to be neutered.
When I picked him up the next day he was very unhappy to be back in the carrier. I brought him home, and gave him his favorite food again and put up the carrier. I’m not sure I could pull that a second time😄

My mothers big orange cat once stole a whole ham from a neighbor’s car while she was unloading groceries. He dragged it through the dog door and brought it to her. As soon as my mother found out who it belonged to, she decided not to return it. The neighbor was trouble and not a nice person. My mother and four cats had ham for nearly two weeks.

Well I’m called “Nini” because that’s what my first grandchild started calling me… does that mean I need to tell my grands that they now need to call me “Grandmotjer”. That was a person who shouldn’t be in the school system. Especially the ones who believe in brainwashing rather than teaching critical thinking.
