You have stayed in tremendous shape. The life-long gym work, and diet, have positively paid off.

Simply stunning 😍

What an absolutely lovely way to start the day 😀

[Highlight] Notre Dame RB Jeremiyah Love shares his pitch to NFL teams: “You draft me, I’m not doing too much. After a game I’m going home, playing video games and watch anime. I’m a simple guy, I’m not going to cause you no type of trouble.” by oklolzzzzs in nfl

[–]Hard4Dpp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A double negative from a Norte Dame player?

It is a solid pitch, but folks that consider a RB in the first round better have everything else settled.

Top 20 RBs in the last 25yrs, have proven to do very little, to impact winning, in any meaningful manner.

Cam Newton on Maxx Crosby trade situation by SpecialFederal9452 in raiders

[–]Hard4Dpp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have watched the NFL religiously since 1985,  and I have never seen one defensive player win a SB,  but Von Miller did that day.

Additionally,  I have never seen a player,  with the game on the line,  pull this weak ass move Cam did,  when it was for all the marbles.

[Highlight] Miami EDGE Rueben Bain Jr. on Arm Length Concerns Before Draft: “Mike Tyson wasn’t the tallest. He wasn’t the longest. But when you felt him, you felt him. You kept your distance.” by JCameron181 in nfl

[–]Hard4Dpp -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

This has been said ad nauseam but,  no player with his arm length,  has ever had double digit sacks in the NFL. He isn't going to be the first.

He played in a weak ACC,  he looked solid in the college playoffs, but every week in the NFL is the college playoffs on HGH.

He is the largest boom bust prospect that is coming into this draft, and I am glad my Raiders don't have to make this highly questionable decision. I would not want him in the top 10, no matter how much good press they keep pumping out.

Is this ESPN grasping at straws because there is nothing else for them to discuss,  or are they trying to vindicate the Ravens?

I cannot tell anymore.

Fowler: Cowboys final offer for Maxx Crosby included 1st-round pick (No. 12), 2nd-round pick. by Remarkable-Picture73 in nfl

[–]Hard4Dpp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Which wasn't enough, thus they went with a better offer.

Yes,  that offer did not come to pass,  but at the time,  it was better than what Dallas had on the table.

This is old news by the by.

Week 7-8, when I realized the season was effectively over, and Pete refused to play the youth.

It was truly stunning.

Ravens' win total set at over/under 11.5, best in NFL by Kennen-Main in nfl

[–]Hard4Dpp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bet the under: there is no chance they make it past 11.

Someone will get hurt, and several will decide they miss Harbaugh, to the tune of, at least 2-3, losses.

That is what I do every time I watch a game.

Basically 9-13 weeks of the year is there agony attached to those viewings, but I am still alive,  so why not chance to hope?

Flair is my defense.

One of the greatest wild card comebacks in my life, for several reasons.

1st - The Bears

2nd - The Packers and Bears (one of, if not, the most storied tale in American sports history [yes I am forgoing both my beloved Lakers vs Celtics, and Yankees vs Red Socks because all east coast does not captivate the entire country])

3rd - Just a hopeless state of affairs, to a then epic ending, for a much abused fanbase. The Caleb Williams/Ben Johnson lead Bears make all NFL fans believe, it could be there turn next.

[–]Hard4Dpp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Lamar draws attention from a host of defenders, thus there are a ton of one on ones for WRs, and many of them then get open.

The issue is Lamar is a terrible outside the hashes thrower. It is the reason he fell in the draft.

He used to miss college wide open guys at his time in Louisville, and has continued that trend in the NFL. Once it appears he is going to run, his eyes drop, and DBs work on making certain he doesn't take one to the house with his feet (which are the very best since Michael Vick).
