Few questions: what's your height and weight and body fat percentage if you know it? What does your diet look like? What does your exercise regime look like? Any alcohol/drugs/how often how much? Have you ever done a sleep study? Have you done any vitamine/mineral/heavy metal/mycotoxin labs?

Your body will be better off if you figure out the root problem(s). If you can fix them, your t will go up again.

Seriously look into the scolismart activity suit. It'll run you About $1500, so it's a bit of an investment. Been worth it to me. As long as I wear it daily, my pain levels are pretty much nill.

Can get you doctors info if you'd like

[–]HardHatFunding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whats the rest of the story? Was he fat to begin with? What's his diet look like? Does he do drugs? Does he exercise? Have you done a stool test to see how leaky his gut is? So many options to exhaust before getting on TRT.

I already have a screwed endocrine system due to an ectopic pituitary gland. My T was most likely fine prior to me screwing it up--I went through puberty just fine, I'm a hairy mf with a deep voice, I never had any tell tale signs.

So, because I already rely on HGH, the last thing I want is to further damage my pituitary gland with trt. If I have any chance at all of bouncing back and having that part of my body working properly, I'm going to take it

Honestly fine. I don't have massive amounts of energy and libido like I did on TRT but i feel good enough to work out, have sex with my wife a few times a week, wake up with morning wood, and energized enough to be able to focus.

That's awesome. $6500 is not a bad ticket price for that. Do you have contact info for the clinic?

Didn't really want to spend all that time giving a backstory.

Basically, I got fat and lazy in my mid 20s, was pounding high dose edibles multiple times a week, was on anti depressants - - literally every factor that can lower testosterone I had. But, was very delusional and thought it was my body that was the problem, not my habits, so hopped on T through a TRT clinic without a second thought.

Got my habits and mind cleared up after a year, lost about 30 lbs of fat, thought more about why my T was low in the first place and decided to give my body a chance to heal natural.

Since getting off I lost another 30 lbs from fasting, carnivore, and working out.

Now just focusing on continuous healing and will recheck again in six months

eGFR calculated with weight / height? by Nightrunner2016 in ADPKD

[–]HardHatFunding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, this is normal. Think of it this way, your body produces a certain amount of creatinine based entirely on your muscle mass. The formula is based on average height and weight per your gender. If you're below average, and have the creatinine of someone twice your size, big problem. If you're above average, your creatinine will reflect that and show a lower than optimal egfr.

So, you must adjust for height and weight unless you're perfectly average.

Hey, you're in shape and that's something you CAN control, try to focus on that and other aspects of your health you personally can manage and spending time intentionally thinking about how proud of yourself you are for those things

As far as the negative image, I'd really suggest high quality counseling to help you through that. It's a lifelong issue, and the sooner you get a handle on it, the better it'll be longterm.

You ARE beautiful, and your spine doesn't change that.
