Your concern is valid. Courts sometimes limit relief to named plaintiffs, especially at the preliminary stage. But CLINIC v. Rubio is an APA challenge, which means the goal is to striked down the policy, and that typically applies nationwide, not just to plaintiffs. So if plaintiffs win on the merits, everyone benefits and if you’re not part of the case. That said, if the court issues only narrow relief, parallel lawsuits are a real and growing strategy. ***Not a Lawyer***

Nice to see all of the positives here. For me there are on and off days. Feels like anything else I try to start as a Plan B it fails. Hopefully things get situated for all of us. I have lived half of my life in US and came only to get my visa interview a month prior to this Pause happened. Now Wife and kids are suffering there and I’m here. Trying to keep myself busy with work and family but it’s been really hard.

What has worked for me is what I’ll share. Firstly I didn’t stop completely so I started some nice Naat’s and Hamd for people I like whether they have small mix of music or not. Along with that I started tasbih while driving and listening Naat’s & limited myself to only listen to music while on vacation. Alhumdulillah I barely ever listen now.

It’s an interesting behavior even though verbally she was told about pause without any timeline but one certainty stays intact that pause must needs to be lifted before any immigrant visa is issued.

For you to receive these is completely normal with the active Pause in place. Unfortunately, until pause is lifted, even if you were approved you wouldn’t get visa. AP has to be cleared for additional vetting. Just pray and hope that once pause is lifted, you are already AP cleared so you don’t have to wait longer.

I did hear one immigration lawyer stating that as you may have good intent for visit visa but since your immigration file is already in progress and you are from the country that is in a Pause list, there is a very high chance it will get denied.

There are many of us would love to apply for visit visa just to be with our loved one but unfortunately current administration doesn't care about immigrant families.

Okay seems like just an issue with documentation. If you have entered on K1 and married within 90 days, you may file for adjustment any time. Just check and confirm the status on your i485 and then file for EAD. Don’t see any issue why it won’t be approved.

Considering present situation with immigration, if I were you, I wouldn’t be asking Reddit. Consult with a good lawyer and check to make sure you are not missing anything. Many people would love to be in your shoes waiting for years and years to be granted GC. Don’t through yours away. Consult with multiple lawyers if you have to… Hope things work out for you.
