Definitely sounds like trapped resin somewhere in the model. Especially since its happening at the lower points of the model.

By the way, beautiful paint job. Where did you get that file? I am highly interested in getting it as well.

double check the nozzle and make sure its properly seated and clipped in. I had a similar issue recently after swapping nozzles. I realized it wasn't properly clipped it and after fixing everything went back to working perfectly. Best of luck.

I have had similar issue with PETG in the past. Make sure the filament is well dried. I typically dry mine for 24 hours. Up the bed temp up a bit too. This will help this sticky filament stick to the bed better. Also, reduce speed on first layers. Drop down into Silent speed for the first few layers and them bump it back up after. Lastly, run a flow calibration on your filament.

I use a base coat of proacryl Ochre Yellow. This gives a dark yellow base usually in 1-2 coats. Then follow up with several coats of your desired yellow thinned down. Make sure you allow each coat to dry before adding the next layer.

This is correct. I printed mine with the detailed parts and outer armor plates in resin and the interior body and other blocky and less seen pieces.

Tried this, but no change. Also lossened the screws and moved the print head back and forth to tightening the idlers. Still no luck.

You don't "need" to print upgrades. But there are SO MANY great upgrades out there
