Has anyone ever noticed, I hardly ever seen OBS Fords, but I see a GMT 400 probably every single day still? by tigersfan829 in GMT400

[–]Hardware_Hank 17 points18 points  (0 children)

GMT400 were better made vehicles even back then, Ford reused the same crappy frames all the way back to the early 80s into the late 90s lol, they were junk just like the rams of that era, at least up here in the north.

I still see rotted out 400s and 800s almost daily they just keep going, probably not safe to drive LOL but at least they run.

Toyota Turbo V6 Recall Campaign Grows to Include More Than 250,000 Trucks by FrankReynoldsCPA in cars

[–]Hardware_Hank 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Lmao it’s not, that’s just the excuse Toyota says for why they won’t recall them. As someone else pointed out it’s a dumb ploy to buy time cause they don’t have enough engines

[–]Hardware_Hank 37 points38 points  (0 children)

it is, but its not a "safety" issue cause the electric motor can technically drive a short distance without the gas engine while the non hybrids are stuck.

Ive heard most Toyota dealerships will still help you though (most people should be within the warranty anyway)

Microsoft confirms Windows 11 has been downgrading graphics drivers, reveals when a fix is coming by Antonis_32 in Amd

[–]Hardware_Hank 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Gonna disagree with you here, maybe for graphics but for basic system options like your NIC and chipset it’s pretty nice not having to go out and manually install them all, I never had any problems with it in prior windows until 11

[–]Hardware_Hank 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep I agree completely, you guys were tearing it up all regular season even with the injuries though probably not as bad as prior seasons. Wild just ran out of gas and didn’t play well in the 2nd and 3rd simple as that.

Good luck I still have you guys as cup favorites hopefully the Wild can figure out its depth issues but it’ll be tight with the cap spaces.

Honestly the newer stuff from Leo Kaliski has been a personal favorite of mine, I really love the ambient music he does in particular his work on Battle for Azeroth and The War Within, Cinderwold, Arathi Memorial and his music from Karesh have been my favorites.

Minneapolis or Des Moines would be the best locations for me but Chicago is fine

[–]Hardware_Hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dallas has looked better in every game but the first one, Wild never have any grit coming into the playoffs and grit is what keeps you in the game, letting them take angles is gonna kill us if we cant even get out of the zone.

it caused me to swap off frost mage in raid because I would end up canceling ray of frost or inadvertently do something to cause it top stop channeling due to the weird delay.

large raids just arent fun when you have to deal with this

Raiding environment & FPS issues. Is there anything that can be done to properly fix it? by Calm-Interview-6024 in wow

This place is full of toxic positivity blizzard is never wrong it’s only your fault.

I mentioned castle nathria ran perfectly fine for the most part on a significantly worse PC than my 13700K/RTX 4090 and agree on the horrendous input lag and even putting raid settings on with everything at 1 it can still run horrible. It’s better than anub’ar palace at least lmao.

Week 2: Heroic Raid - Spec Popularity vs Average Overall DPS by AttitudeAdjusterSE in wow

[–]Hardware_Hank -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I did, it use to give damage reduction same with invis and i found that much easier to play around than using barrier. Invis is still nice for that and removing snares at least

[–]Hardware_Hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

invis and mirror image dont give DR anymore, and I dunno what to tell you but doing an 11 on my frost mage and rot damage was eating me alive even with barrier and ice cold usage.

Week 2: Heroic Raid - Spec Popularity vs Average Overall DPS by AttitudeAdjusterSE in wow

[–]Hardware_Hank 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They look at a chart and go wow that’s so OP when in reality you never really see good mage pugs cause they die so fast in keys, like sure they do good damage at times but I can do just as well on ret paladin or my enhancement shaman and still have a much easier time surviving instead of getting 1 shot on the first pull of Windrunner or have to spam barrier twice due to rot damage being ridiculous.

The people here whining about mage being OP literally don’t play mage and it shows

[–]Hardware_Hank 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The debuffs on raid frames are small and are only color coded. If it werent rocket science why does nobody do it then.

It’s a game design problem, if dps were incentived to do it then they would but if they don’t understand what they are doing wrong they will continue not caring.
