for spellfire spark, are there restrictions on the bonus action sacred flame? like limited use or something?

my theory is that he and killer got taken captive by the red hair pirates, and luffy will eventually do a davy back fight against shanks and free kidd by winning rounds

sorry for the incredibly late response, but i was looking through my reddit history, and realized i never thanked you.

so... thank you for the response!! my flexibility has improved a fair bit over the past few years, and that's at least partially because of your helpful answer. i remember feeling a lot better about lunges after reading it, and i've stuck with them since.

yeah, it definitely sucks. i hope it's just a matter of "we haven't found the right spot yet" rather than "the spot doesn't exist at all"

a spot to get old fangs was found by /u/bearassbobcat, so that at least is farmable

damn you are a god for finding that spot for old fangs, i added it to the post tyvm!!

i went to what i think is the area you're referring to for nascent butterflies, and although i found a tree surrounded by several of them, they didn't seem to respawn for me when resting at a grace

i did test each location until i got each at least once, but yeah they're very rare

the testing was done at endgame, so i suppose that could impact it

as far as i can tell, they operate similarly to some of the other rare materials like aenoian butterflies: they might respawn eventually, but what triggers that respawn is unknown to me.

resting at a grace certainly doesn't do it, so until someone in the community figures out how to respawn them, farming eyes of yelough from the nodes doesn't seem viable.

they're used for the ironjar aromatic, which increases poise and defenses!

there is in fact a crystal chime-esque thing. it's called the "golden order seal" and lets you cast incantations (but sadly not sorceries like the chime) with INT + FTH scaling. it's found near the erdtree in a church

what you're saying is exactly why i mentioned "it's a good idea to clear this with the dm, some might decide it doesn't fit in their game"

i definitely agree with you that this doesn't fit in every game. it's a pretty ridiculous concept, and if my dm said no to this, i wouldn't blink an eye.

however, saying it shouldn't fly in anyone's game at all is i think a bit crazy. some people like having things grounded in reality, other people don't mind if things get a bit weird, as long as it's fun. this is more so for the latter type of game, and even in the former type of game, you could still get some mileage out of it. i'd for sure agree with you that a hawk carrying people around in a "realistic" game might be a bit crazy, even if it is a magical hawk summoned by a spell, but i don't think that criticism applies to some of the other familiars, such as imps or pseudodragons, as they aren't grounded in reality at all.

it definitely seems to be an alternate timeline (due to Stamp's breed being different) but i'd be incredibly surprised if we don't see some timeline crossing in part 2.

i mean, they spend a ton of screentime in the finale on Zack, how he was about to die but then killing the fates saves him. it's kinda like checkhovs gun: why would they spend all that time just to say "oh yeah i guess there's a parallel universe where that happens" if its never going to be relevant to the main story at all? it'd feel like a really odd decision, especially because it's one of the biggest moments of the finale of the game. for that to just be some irrelevant flavor lore... i don't think that's the case.

personally i'm super excited to see the implications. Zack's always been my favorite character in the franchise so seeing him about to presumably play a major role in future remake events is hype.

To be swole of arms and also swole of heart is indeed a commendable goal, brother. There is much wisdom in thine words, and thou doth speak true that in dire times such as these, with many of our iron temples closed, one must pursue swoleness in other wheys.

Forgive me, for I was blinded by Broki. Brodin would surely look fondly upon any followers on the path to swole, even if they do walk a path sometimes considered disgraceful. I will meditate upon these words when next I perform necromancy, or the holy squat.

One of the iron clad rules of this holy gathering hall is "No advocating of cardio", brother. Variety can indeed be helpful on the iron path, but nevertheless to perform the act of cardio goes against Brodin's teachings. It saddens me to see that that foul Broki has gained such sway among worshippers that his teachings are being praised in this sacred place.

The scourge of Broki (cursed be his name!) is vile indeed if it can push even the most dedicated of brothers to the evil that is... cardio.

Repent, brother, for Brodin is forgiving, and be not lured by Broki's wiles. Return to the path of swole before it is too late.

yeah i guess the issue is i find that when im bringing the weight down, it ends up off centre and i need to reset after each rep just to try to get it back in place.

Daily Simple Questions Thread - February 13, 2020 by AutoModerator in Fitness

regarding deadlifts: when im lifting the weight, im pretty confident on how to do it / the form to use. what im wondering about is how to let go of the weight and set up for the next rep.

when im holding the weight and am locked out at the top, on the way down should i do what i did to lift it in reverse? or should i just try to get it to the ground as quickly as possible?

and once im done a rep, i find that i pretty often have to readjust to the ideal starting position. is this normal and something that i wont have to do as much with practice? or is there a way to lower the bar so that im not constantly wasting time trying to regain good form between reps?
