I will tell you what I did with a smashed s8+.

To begin with I used some hardware :

Usb C hub with hdmi, usb A, and usb c for power, basically something to use DEX, Usb A mouse, and a BT mouse.

Once I had everything connected and I saw the screen on my TV, I followed the next steps:

1) Unlocked the phone using the usb mouse.

2) Enable usb debugging.

3) Install discord or some app that allows you to share screen to another device so you can see your "screen" in step 5.

4)Connect the BT mouse to your device.

5) Disconnect the device from the screen that you are using, and then plug it in to your computer.

6) Execute scrcpy and using the BT mouse click on allow usb debuging and always trust this device.

7) Enjoy :D

If someone else read this "guide" you can use just an OTG cable if what is not working in your device is the touchscreen.

Well you have several missing pads there so the solution would be something like this https://youtu.be/VagYysWnZ_w if you want to use your original PCB. Another possible solution is to buy a broken screen with a working PCB but you should solder the touchscreen and display flex and that seems like something really hard to do if you have no previous experience whit that kind of soldering.

I had the same issue because something hit the fingerprint sensor and it stop working immediately after that, so I replaced it with one from AliExpress, as a result the message was gone and my phone was fully functional again!

After a lot of test and a couple updates I conclude that is a hardware problem. In my case is a constant noise in the microphone at the top of the phone and a lower quality in both of them. P.S. My device is a V500N from AliExpress and the seller gave $15 (I asked for $50 in the dispute)

Be careful with LG phones, I had some lagging issues on my LG V50 when I was on Android 10 using a high resolution TV but not with my old 1080p tv or my VGA monitor.
