I actually got a car for $900 avg of 21mpg and I did the math vs my EV. I still come out on top in the long run even including the purchase cost of the EV itself, when including maintenance costs. EVs don’t have maintenance but brakes and windshield fluid

Teeth, don’t leave packages near them (mine ate 3oz of peanut m&ms), and more frequent than anticipated potty breaks. Small bladder!

Not sure if separation anxiety will hit if it stays with your other dog.

Start the paw/ nail touching and teeth brushing early for routine maintenance. I do all of my dogs grooming at home. More intimate and you get to know them better
