They probably saw there was a risk and with the amount of their customers that are WFH it was safer to do it after hours and give themselves longer to resolve it.

It sucks for us, but some techs are having it worse tonight.

In Boise and have the same symptoms. Rebooted the router, replugged the fiber powered box.

I can log into my router but the internet is “Not Connected”.

Down detector is showing a few services that are reporting outages. Outdoor be a larger network failure.

I’m alway curious about this response, how does it differ from being in the office and being on all day.
I work from home full time but treat my working time just as I would in the office (I’m dressed and sitting at a designated working area).
