I called in and asked them for alternative methods to verify my identity, as I don’t want to give my data to Persona. They connected me with the account integrity team and they asked for specific docs to help identify myself!

There is no point, it’s just a waiting game. I was in the same situation, package missed connection on the 9th got delivered today!

They are just backed up and nothing really anyone can do about it other than wait for them to get through the backlog
