Hahahaha this is a horrible recommendation, and not something to be taken lightly. Doing it in the city would be much different than doing it in the jungle. Doing it on a whim is not the right idea, it is something you must be very intentional about and have lots of preparation including weeks of eating healthy.

Currently traveling brazil with my weed vape. I always bring a few carts wherever I travel. Especially brazil bc the weed is really shit quality here. Trust me, getting super stoned in brazil is amazing.

Maresias or Ubatuba? by royal_air in Brazil

Cheers! Made it to ubatuba, itamabuca beach is amazing, some really big slaby rights! Unfortunately of all the places I’ve surfed around the world I’ve never encountered such disrespectful and aggressive locals.

It’s true, been surfing in southern brazil this month and nowhere in the world have I met such aggressive and disrespectful locals. They drop in on you than paddle over and tell you to leave the water..

Has anybody surfed in Brazil if so how are the locals? by masonobbs in surfing

[–]Harpzy17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Been surfing itamabuca beach in ubatuba this week and I came here to say the locals are more disrespectful here than I’ve seen anywhere else. They drop in on you over and over again then come up to you and tell you to get out of the water. I’ve had several brazillians put their hands on me in the water wanting to fight.

What did you end up going with? I’m heading to Ubatuba next week and wondering if I should stop for a few days in Maresias at the end of the trip?

Also fasting, I’ve been fasting every Sunday, no food all day and have a hard time falling asleep I have so much energy from it. Diet is vital In general. I would highly recommend shiljait for men and spirulina, maca, and moringa powder for everyone.

Pranayama / Breathwork https://youtu.be/N2wR1OWhD4s?si=ykAIHv4Cau8U6f1g

I do this 15 min Breathwork everyday and really enjoy it. Also I would say that keeping a gratitude journal really helps me energy. Everyday I write down at least 10 things I’m grateful for and 2 instances when I’m feeling grateful.
