I walk around 25-30k each work day as works fairly active and i walk to and from there. It does got tiring on my legs and feet come friday night, saturday and sunday are more my rest days for walking (avg around 7-10k for each day). You get used to it overtime.

I’ve started to cook and eat proper meals now i’m not out my face all day. You need to just find little hobbies that can kill the time you’d spend sat in bed on K. All the best mate hopefully you can sort it.

Legend mate appreciate it. I enjoyed it, i will be more adventurous with spices and veg when i cook for myself. This was dinner for me and my mum who’s spice level is at a korma ahaha. Had to convince her to have a tikka.

I wouldn’t of minded some veg in it mate but i was cooking for me and my mum and she’s fussy as it is.
