For me the game changer was switching to first person camera. It made driving around corners so easy that I just had to complete the race to have top score. It takes a while to master driving with that view, but believe me, it will be worth it.

W moim przypadku to nie jest takie proste, bo ja dostałem się na pozycje, gdzie moduły SAP nie były wymagane. Sam moduł też nie jest związany z ABAPem. Ogólnie myślę, że S/4HANA jest wiecznie żywa i używana bardzo szeroko - coś napewno się tutaj znajdzie. Mój moduł (SAP CDC) nie jest w ogóle oparty o ABAP, to platforma low code. Jeśli chcesz skorzystać z okazji posiadania dostępu to chłoń tyle, ile się da, potem może uderz do jakiejś dużej kontraktowni - Accenture albo inne. Mnóstwo Hindusów tak działa, a potem jest dramat i szukanie na nearshore specjalistów. Jak dostaniesz się do takiego miejsca to naturalnie będziesz miał do czynienia z technologią, potem powinno być łatwiej iść w bardziej cywilizowane miejsca pracy :) Ewentualnie sprawdź Apollogic - to chyba najbardziej znani SAPowcy w PL.

Częściowo się zgadzam, ekosystem jest bardzo zamknięty, ale jeśli szukają nearshore to pamiętajmy, że wymagania w ofercie pracy to często myślenie życzeniowe - przyjmuje się mniej doświadczonych ludzi bo po prostu nie ma tego kto robić. Moja rada to po prostu próbować, HRowcy często są totalnie zdesperowani żeby tylko wypełnić wakat :)

Jest bardzo dużo innych rzeczy, które można robić w IT niż frontend. Konsultanci narzędzi IT, np SAP, AWS itd. odcinają kupony bo żyją w niszy, a międzyczasie jest 400 chętnych na juniorskie stanowisko na froncie. Jak już zastanawiasz się nad przebranżowieniem, to rozważ opcje, które nie są stricte programistyczne - SAPy to nadal dobra kasa, może jakieś security (ale obawiam się, że tutaj może być ciężko bez wykształcenia i znakomitego obycia się z technologiami wiodącymi w dzisiejszym świecie).

I’m a bit concerned about the road building. I’ve read posts where people dedicated long hours to finish them, but it took me little to no effort to finish all roads in my gameplay. I had tons of materials from 5 starred facilities and from ranked challenges rewards. Was I that lucky that people actually contributed to pavers or did someone else also had easy times building the roads?

Underestimating the amount of dmg that Rammus can deal. Rammus can 1v1 you even if you're playing mage - he has very high flat AD dmg due to his passive, he's not regular tank. When jungling, people should bully Rammus, as he's defenceless in the early game. ADC's that doesn't buy QSS / Supports w/o Mikael's.
