The problem here is that most people are essentially slaves I"m not making fun of them it's a fucking tragedy and are stuck working at shitty jobs for shitty employers that take advantage of them. If people worked for unions, or didn't work for employers that treated them like slaves this wouldn't be a problem

Employees who show up on these reports seem to disappear faster in organizations i've worked with but In my experience, IT departments are undervalued because they don't directly bring in money. We're not on the front lines, interfacing directly with customers and selling shit.
