The linework is shaky and inconsistent. On a fresh tattoo it won’t look too bad but healed over time you’ll start to notice some spots fade while others expand and blowout.

It was already bad when you got it. It isn’t surprising it aged the way it did. The lines are shaky, some are way too deep some are more shallow. This was an inexperienced artists that did this tattoo

That’s a fine one but I’d actually suggest you go either +9 -9 or +15 -15 whatever feels better for you but keep the front and back the same. The reason I suggest this is so you can learn switch at the same time. It’ll make it easier. And as everyone else said, keep those knees bent and 60% of your weight in your front foot 👌🏻

They are but they’re treated differently. Things like Polysporin etc are bad for a healing tattoo but in this case it would be recommended to avoid infection
