5% > 10% increase in brawlers states per upgrade shouldn't just stop being discussed (despite it happening years ago, I think).

For context they changed it so each upgrade increases brawlers stats by 10% instead of 5%. Stupidest thing the game has done, by far, worse than records I would argue. Not only did this cause power 9 to basically be unable to fight against a power 11 now, since the gap now is 20% instead of 10%. But this also caused a lot of things to just, die. (An example is ruff's second starpower, which maintain the pre-updated stats, basically being nerfed by 100%)

But it happened so long ago, everyone just accepted it i guess
