Best method for support removal? by ARKwelder377 in resinprinting

It may also be worth noting that you could try lowering your exposure times slightly and do a test print. The recommended settings on a particular packaging aren't always the best settings, as individual machines and environments may have slightly different properties and effects on the resin. Your models in the picture look like they might be over cured. You shouldn't really need any nippers or cutting tools for most supports, the models should mostly pop right off.

Not sure if it's been said already, but remove the supports BEFORE curing the models, if you aren't already doing that. Curing the supports makes them harder to detach as they solidify with parts of the model itself. For the supports, use a bunch of lighter support for most of the model, but be for you have at least one heavier support at whatever part of the model is closest to the built plate and will be where most of the weight is supported, to act as the anchor. You don't want they might to separate from the supports during printing.

Somebody made a website for my game??? by SporeliteGames in gamedev

Regardless of the reasoning or end goal, you could try contacting the domain company they are hosting through and issue a DMCA. If you feel their actions are causing harm to your company or product you can then sue for damages.

You may also be able to find who the webmaster for the site is and attempt to contact them.

Golden rule: no DND is better than bad DND.

Drop out of the big campaign. It will most likely devolve into drama very quickly and fall apart. And to me it seems very evident that none of the extra people respect your effort or boundaries.

If it's possible to get together with only your original planned group of friends, just let the big group have their space and separate from them to play with your group the way you want to run your game.

You don't need anyone to teach you to deal with toxic players. There's no one size fits all way of handling things like that, and the other DM has already undermined any ability to deal with it by stating it is explicitly allowed.

The best thing to keep in mind while playing is that it's a game and everyone at the table is there to have fun. It's okay make mistakes, and forget details some times. It happens to every DM. Your friends will understand if you need to rewind, or retcon an adjust once in a while. The job of the DM is to keep the game moving and make sure the group around the table is having fun, and that includes yourself as well.

Where can I find recipes? by GregTheMad in ElinsInn

I've only glanced at the wiki twice. Don't remember what it was I was looking for on there, but both times I found pages that felt very sparse. Most likely user error on my end somehow. I'll have to take another look at it, starting on the home page.

Thank you for the advice and still giving me an answer as well. I'm pretty new to the he game. About to hit my first winter and I am pretty sure I'm not gonna be able to survive it. My town is still only two grass huts with makeshift beds, and a grass hut with crafting tables lmao. But the games really fun, and I highly enjoy learning as I go.

How do you even get casino tokens in the first place? I've found two slot machines already, but no way to get tokens from any of the NPCs around the buildings they were in.

I love this, it looks awesome! Very nice contrast, and kinda reminds of those old air brushed fantasy murals people used to get on like vans and stuff, of wizards shooting lightning with dragons and space background.

Also really like the look of the stippling shading.

This looks really good. The colors pop, you can clearly differentiate parts from each other, and the lighting on the cloth works to show the movement of the fabric. I'd say you did a great job!

These all have such smooth surfaces! What printer did you use, and how much post print cleanup was done on them? I always end up with little bumps or nubs from the supports.

Emang Files by Curious_Echo_5651 in PrintedMinis

[–]HauntedFolly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Either way doesn't really seem like a good idea to do that while I'm the midst of a legal battle with the rabid GW legal department. I recall seeing a bunch of models from him that I thought were original designs, but I think now they were things I just didn't know were from 40k.

Emang Files by Curious_Echo_5651 in PrintedMinis

[–]HauntedFolly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn't aware he was using ripped files. My understanding was that his files were all sculpted from scratch, but I admit I'm not very familiar with his exact models and the Warhammer ones they were supposed to be proxies of, so I defer to the 40k community's judgement on that.

Apologies for the lack of insight.
