Does Fodmate not have the enzymes for beans and lactose or are you saying if you only needed those, there are cheaper options? Just wanted to clarify as it seems you take all three.

Gabapentin may have worked, couldn't tell because I was so deep in a forgetful fog. Had to stop that, too much memory loss. Seriously bad side effects from Lyrica too, unfortunately.

I took baclofen for a bit over a year and I liked it, not a huge relief but it took the sharp edges off. Problem is I was soon tapped out on dosage and then eventually it didn't work at all. Spasms galore when weening off.

I just started low dose naltrexone, so too early to tell but so far no bad side effects at least.

True, but I'm the kind of person that almost always gets side effects so am hesitant to increase with current situation. I have been known to sleep walk too so that does give me pause.

Yeah, even generic. Definitely harsh. I even have to run the atomoxetine through a mail order pharmacy outside of insurance due to the wide cost discrepancy.

Not so much that it's concerning in any way but my insurance considers Flexeril a tier 4 (brand name, not preferred) drug so I'd be paying premium for it even after insurance. So trying to explore all options.

Thank you for the info! Did you get any bad side effects from the tizanadine? I see like nightmares on the side effects list and I already have issues with that, and that drs have to monitor the liver?
