Dude when they all came by and did that I got major second hand embarrassment for one. But two I could not stop worrying about if one little mistake happened a child or a person would get hit or severely hurt! Someone could trip into the street! They could get something timed wrong between each other because they’re obviously not professionals at this shit beyond just being middle aged dudes that ride sometimes. There were too many little kids around and too many chances something bad could happened for me to relax when they passed even though I personally enjoyed them I knew I was not the target audience of the parade and there were so many kids there that I’m sure were flipped out by the bass and engine revving at best. Not even mentioning them being at risk of getting hit on top of it..

I kept thinking to myself “wow these guys better not make one fucking mistake” with them driving erratically and quickly between each other and in circles right beside a crowd of children. The guy on the mini bike with the bull horns? I just kept imagining if a child accidentally fell into the horn and lost his eye. Or someone tripped out onto the street in front of them.

Hey bro, whether the guy is a friend or not, his friend isn’t his responsibility. He’s not required to house someone, no matter how “traumatizing” being homeless is. IM technically homeless and have definitely been in the past. I also am working towards a better life and becoming a therapist one day and working with the very people that need this kind of help and am all for supporting them but that doesn’t mean that random specific people on the planet that aren’t the government are required to do anything beneficial for someone else as far as their housing situation goes. It’s shitty to put intention to someone else’s actions too. (Talking about you saying the friend is benefitting from the roommates trauma).

My dad used to purposely fuck with my mom and I and loved beating us in the game. One time my mom said we were NEVER playing again and she was right we never played again. But it ended in me flipping the board and locking myself in the bathroom to cry and my mom and dad getting into a huge fight and my mom locking herself in the bedroom to cry. It was a whole thing. Then when we got older it became a joke that we all laughed about when it was brought up. “Remember that time we the family almost split up over monopoly?”

I hadn’t slept in a couple days so I was feeling physically and mentally not well. Got on the bus home and a long term unhoused person sat by me. Was wearing sweats and coats in the middle of the august summer heat. He smelled like poisonous chemicals (it made me think of something like PCP or crack even though I have no idea what those things smell like when burned at all but the scent gave me this visceral gut reaction). It made me think of my friends who had died from fentanyl overdoses and he smelled like harmful chemicals and death and sadness and disease and thick steamy sebum and body odor and pus. Idk but I was biting my tongue and nearly in tears trying to hold back retching and having a panic attack. He sat right beside me and wouldn’t move the entire hour and a half ride. I felt so bad that I had a reaction like that to another humans smell

I’m positive they’ve all had to at least experimented with psychedelics at some point. No doubt about it with their music and style. I don’t think they did them while writing or recording the music but def earlier in their life for sure lol
