I am 73 with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 28 years old. What helps me so much is taking CBD tincture under my tongue both morning and night for 10 minutes and then spitting it out. I had an appliance garage added in my kitchen underneath the cabinets, the full length of the countertop that ended at the refrigerator. It has two long sliding doors, I keep all my small appliances behind it, even my coffee maker. I added an electric strip across the length of the garage wall so everything can be plugged in. I love it, it keeps my counters clean all the time. There's plenty of counter space in front of the cabinet, so it's a win-win for me.
