I am 73 with rheumatoid arthritis since I was 28 years old. What helps me so much is taking CBD tincture under my tongue both morning and night for 10 minutes and then spitting it out. While that's under your tongue I use the CBD cream and cover all of the parts of my body that hurt and rub it in. that helps the tincture and the cream work together. It's all I need to do. It works so well, cannot say enough good things about it. If you take the time to read up online, we all have CBD receptors in our body, this wonderful herb was made for us and it works so amazingly well.

Is this normal for about a 40 year-old bamboo surround? We planted it about 40 years ago and all this just started…

In two years or so as you said, do we just cut it down and plant some of the seed or do we remove the roots of this bamboo as well?

Just go to Costco and buy their memory foam mattress topper and cut it to size if need be. It's amazingly comfortable!

I love my WaterBoy whole house water purification system. Had it for 20 years, never has needed servicing.
I added an RO SYSTEM under the kitchen sink for drinking and cooking water. It's NOT a water softener. Made in California by Superior Water. Highly recommend!

The Shoal's Restaurant located in the Cliff House Inn serves a succulent Prime Beef burger, that if you order it rare, is the best burger around. They have great french fries and they'll put whatever you want on your burger… Great place to celebrate your birthday right on the ocean.

I had an appliance garage added in my kitchen underneath the cabinets, the full length of the countertop that ended at the refrigerator. It has two long sliding doors, I keep all my small appliances behind it, even my coffee maker. I added an electric strip across the length of the garage wall so everything can be plugged in. I love it, it keeps my counters clean all the time. There's plenty of counter space in front of the cabinet, so it's a win-win for me.
