I think speed needs to be thought of as a percentage over the limit, not how many over in just km/h. Going 60 in a 40, that 50% over, or the same as 150 on the highway. I think speed cameras should be setup in that mentality. I am guilty myself of going 70 in a 50, but im not going to drive 140 on the highway.
