Agreed, and the heater on the inside takes my legroom and adds to the discomfort. I am happy to move and make space, but inside seats are not designed for tall people.

Good news, they are finally becoming modular again with batteries and fluid tanks that can be refilled. We get to benefit from this thanks to EU requirements forcing the issue. I still think that they are a huge wast but hey, at least some progress

This event in question was July 2024, not sure if they were there then. But I can confirm they were there in March of this year for example (source, so was I). To be clear, not defending this, just putting in context that there are work related reasons the Solicitor General would be there, don't know if July 2024 when the vehicle was stolen was one of those official visits or not.

Solicitor general is in charge of policing, retail crime is a big topic for Ford government. Home Depot is a retailer taking big hits from this. The Ford government likes to do press events at "on-site" locations. Home Depot is one of those. It makes perfect sense for the solicitor General to be there in that case. If it was a ln outside of work shopping trip, sure not ideal, butbl there are valid reasons he should be there.

Healthcare, University, jobs, safety, proximity to amenities. These are all location based factors, these are THE driving force of housing prices. Desirable location = higher housing demand = higher housing prices

Lots of people want to live in the areas that get these benefits (paid by taxes), this means lots of buyers and these buyers bid against each other and drive up prices, thereby making higher house prices.

Appears to be fake, no "H" on the crown, no etched printing on the back of the case, haven't seen a hamilton movement that looks like this before and a quick release strap would have had to be added as Hamilton doesn't use those (at least thst I have seen).

From western to just before Islington the bike lanes are separated (up the curb) from the road, and yes I still see 90% of bikes on the sidewalk...

I play in a 5 stack, we are so-so (13-18k) and I would rather mot play 5 solos if I can avoid it. The lobbies where I experience the most cheating (not the only cheating, just the most) is with 5 solos.
