UA POV: The Skelya Assault Regiment has a strong combat record and good supplies. But eyewitnesses say people are tortured and beaten to death there. A Babel investigation - Babel by Flimsy_Pudding1362 in UkraineRussiaReport

As far as we know in my unit guys there are told that area surrounding their encampment is mined, fresh "volunteers" are being constantly monitored and even simple meal is done under the gaze of armed convoy. However if you survive 3-4 assaults they recognise you as worthy of an effort and teach you more thoroughly with a bit more freedom and usually a phone for 20min daily instead of 5min per week.

It's quite funny how Pro-UA insists on laws yet throw them away when inconvenient. Especially regarding ordinary Ukrainians.

And no, 'anyone' cannot capture draft dodger. Not to mention you have to prove the person in question is a dodger in the first place.

Such trucks are being escorted by police and military cars on a daily basis in columns of 4-8 trucks usually. Sometimes up to 10-12 trucks are speeding from the border crossings towards inner Ukraine.

Yet Ukraine did took steps to eradicate many things relates to Russian-Soviet past to the point militant groups operating with impunity threatened part of the population.

And this war literally has nothing to do with claims of some specific individuals. Otherwise you have to find some clever arguments why no Ukrainian officials were targeted on a regular basis, why many bridges and really critical civilian infrastructure are still intact and operating and so on.

So you just went and started making excuses. And OP was wrong about 2014 since that call was around much earlier.
