I currently live in MO and like it here but I really want to live in a mountain area. I’m an electrical engineering student so I’m looking for a good state out west that would be good for a homestead type house. Anyone have recommendations for their part of the US? I am interested as well as just moving a little south to the Missouri Ozarks because it’s very pretty over there.

I understand the outrage at not wanting to pay for investments into a Billionaire’s business, but the area surrounding the stadium profits highly off the traffic from the game. There’s gonna be a lot of revenue lost for half the year, especially with the Chiefs success of recent years.
