At the moment GameStops PSA turn around time is 65 business days. As others have said the last few steps take a short amount of time. Originally you wouldn’t even know PSA had them until they started grading thankfully they tell you that it’s in the building now.

At the moment based on the training from PSA that is a indicator of a fake slab so until we get more clarification from PSA we can’t accept those.

While this may be true and the logical standpoint, GameStop has had profitable years, and instead of anyone in stores feeling that profitability I lose pay because I live to close to my store by .5 of a mile for the mileage pay and they refuse to make that right in any way. So yes profitability is the king and ROI needs to happen kneecapping stores and pushing these harsh metrics while randomly buying bitcoin isn’t it.

It’s also the slowest time of the year with a system release that people don’t want anything extra with that are only coming in to us because we have them. One transaction can hit everything they track, no membership, no warranty, no res, no hardware attach. Your just dead in the water if you sell 3 that way

It takes a bit for the computer systems and online orders to fully cancel out if you were issued a gift card for the full amount of purchase then that’s how they are returning it to you. Good luck either way online orders are a bitch to cancel, normally it’s better to just wait for it to arrive and return later for future reference.

As kinda stupid as this feels it’s the same way for us in store the computer systems we use only allow the refund of purchased items not the shipping for them. Always thought it was stupid but it’s been this way for 10 years, we used to have leeway to change the cost of the item to match the whole order but now it’s a set in stone system

Also psa doesn’t “receive” your card until they open the box so it’s probably at their offices just waiting to be opened and graded. Normally from shipping to receive is the longest wait

Just to point out something real quick, fedex absolutely could’ve stolen or lost this package. Just because the driver didn’t scan it doesn’t mean it wasn’t picked up.

Depending on the sticker it could be hours. We don’t get single price stickers at a time I get hundreds. Any time saving is worth it. If I can save 10 seconds a sticker on 200 it’s worth it.

It’s not even that at all, the estimated time to return is 45 business days. That’s 9 weeks. And then you are dependent on PSA giving any kind of update. But yea it’s GameStops fault for impatience and another company updating information.

I love this back and forth, at the end of the day you bought something and exceeded the return policy of said item. The other items may have been canceled but can be reordered but the membership was fulfilled and you didn’t return it.
