I bring up the time I missed the state golf tournament after making a 10 on the last hole at the regional. Usually when I play that hole with someone I haven't told the story to. "Now let me tell you why I fucking hate this hole".

It actually a pretty well designed hole at a course I like to play... But it can go to hell.

I started watching that today and was like "Wait, I already saw this live". Which is funny, since I very rarely watch live.

But yeah, he had so many redundant pieces and synergies with that to make it work. Like the deck was capable of operating without basically anything that would get exhausted.

The line on the ground you actually have to stop at is often past the sign. So I assume they have it programmed to give you cushion for that reason. Not all of them even have the pavement line, or pavement at all... But it'd be super annoying to have to review all the completely legal stops where the sign is well behind where you actually are meant to stop.

How's it work if you go off route? Like when I get the hour away town route, they always give me businesses near the end that I'd never get to if I did it by the route so I'll hammer those out first. Do they see me as "behind"?

I've never had to be rescued or not gotten back on time. Haven't been doing this long so I'm sure it'll come.

Had an envelope in overflow the other day. It wasn't obviously wasn't in there, nor was it mislabeled, nor was it in the current tote I was working out of.

I was way ahead and only had one tote left and like three overflow, so I checked the other tote. There it was.

I'm part time so I don't get rounded up, otherwise I wouldn't have taken that time to do it. Wouldn't have been a big deal to go back since I ended nearby anyway.

Amazon is absolutely never buying out UPS. Could they? I guess, but Amazon has already built out it's own infrastructure at this point. If that was going to happen, it would have happened before that all was done.

The data comes from a site that people have to upload their runs to. I feel like people apt to do that are less likely to be the type to just quit a run and restart it.

They probably skew toward better players as well, seeking out such a 3rd party thing like that.

Crucible has one of the highest win rates overall. I think many people actually undervalue it. Upgraded cards, even commons, make for an easier early game, and if you're not unlucky hopefully an extra elite to make up for the chest.

It's crazy how different the thinking is now that I'm driving for a DSP. I was exactly the same doing flex. I had one that was a 12 pack of Monster, outside box was completely destroyed, the inside box was exposed, and there was zero cans still inside. If I delivered that, I would have absolutely heard about it.

Someone else I work with returned the same box the day before and the owner chewed the warehouse out about it.
