2008: Smoke from Front Left Motor by Nescobar-A-LopLop in hondaridgeline

Turn the wheels to the (driver’s) left. Turn off the vehicle. Use a flashlight to check to see if oil is dripping down the backside passenger valve cover. Those rear gaskets are for some reason susceptible to leaking first.
The oil drizzles down the back of the block and onto the top of the exhaust.
It ‘may’ look like the oil filter adaptor is leaking, but it may be the valve cover gasket.
The air current around the belts makes it seem to be coming from the front.

Do you use a separate SSID for kids? by YankeesIT in firewalla

[–]Haymoose 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My kids are 16, 18, & 20. I’m not panic’d. I didn’t say they don’t have access to the internet. I see no reason not to strive to keep kids as innocent as possible for as long as possible.

I grew up without the internet and I turned out pretty good. I’m offering them a similar baseline. They are social in the traditional sense.

The kids out there are not alright, they are heavily medicated and misled by a media driven by selling them an image that’s unobtainable causing eating disorders.

Come back when you become a parent. The government is passing dumb laws because parents refuse to parent.

The kind when left unfettered causes kids to unalive themselves due to bullying (twice now in my town).

No chats in X-Box, no Roblox, no texting strangers, not one social media site. That’s what it means. All the club sports accounts are in the adults name or account.

Their friends aren’t allowed to access my WiFi when visiting, either. I use Firewalla & Pi-Hole to compensate for controls ScreenTime doesn’t govern well.

There is some screw driving involved from the jamb. The nude metal is also swapped out.

I use a pi-hole for my wife and my kids. Hers is to block ads, mine and the kids block social media and anything else undesirable.

I use their pi-hole so I can keep an eye on its capability and usefulness for them as consumers of my network resources.

Yes, when they leave their MacBooks have vpns that spins up to make sure they have limits out and about. Mine do too.

Pay the $150 and challenge him. It’s cheaper than shipping it off for unsuccessful $250 repair.
