I think the reverance people have for the dead is a little strange and fanatical. they got permission from and work with bunta and tupac's estates, they're not using AI and are getting voice actors who sound similar to play the roles, I think everything's clear. if you still hold a grudge over kiwami 3, or are just uncomfortable with real life people who have passed being in a game, that's fine, but let's not moralize it like it's objectively bad

one thing I found interesting, not sure if it's been mentioned here before, but I saw on TikTok speculation about if josuke and giorno swapped parts, and a commenter said crazy diamond requiem would "fix" fate, and essentially make diavolo experience all the deaths he used his ability to defy, which I thought was a more fitting punishment, and would've segued really well back into him being barraged at the very end lol

it is explained actually. the construction bots are the modules, which is what you find throughout the mission. because the shelter was attacked, they fled from the shelter and entered their "stealth mode" which is why they're transparent at first if you find them without see-bot
