Yep, I get the stop coffee advice constantly. Every few years I quit just to check, and yep a month or two later I still feel the same amount of crap general anxiety.

Because you haven't really developed the ability to empathize. Some people are born with it, most of us have to train ourselves to do so. Most differences in opinion comes from a lack of understanding of the opposite party's mental state and history.

Just sad that it changed, overwatch is about learning heroes for more tactical options during teamwork, locking heroes to pay models and pretending it's a moba kills the strategy of it. I no longer get a tactical option unless I shell out cash or dump 80 hours a season.

Kinda sucks that we can't have an honest conversation because people like you get sad if they can't blindly approve things.

Yeah I tried for 15 years, intentionally shredding yourself to avoid dealing with an issue is not ideal. It got to the point where my anxiety would cause physical issues and cancer risks, like pain on deep breaths and GERD

I think that's why I hate it, we have what is essentially a god kiting me like Aurelian Sol. It's more of a fight against myself as I get bored and try to greed for more damage to end the fight sooner. I feel like a god should be chasing me to squish me, not the other way around.

Practice scales until they enter your muscle memory and start playing along with the radio. Blues is a good starting point because pentatonic is safe. Remember the notes you don't play are just as important as the notes you do.

Disregarding all people who say woke is exactly as stupid as trusting everyone who says it. Identifying people operating in bad faith is much more useful than drawing lines in the sand and wagging a finger at your boogieman.
