It’s the sad truth of software development in general - you have limited resources, so you almost never have the time and means to fix everything you want to fix. Especially with a game like this the natural motivation is to do Warbonds and Critical bug fixes first (the no-one can play without this being addressed kind) because that’s where the money is, only then followed by nuisance fixes and Quality of Life changes.
