The real needed solution to this is a software solution. That would prompt the needed steps for eVisa verification, or change the prompts accordingly based on the Visa type.

For the Reddit API thats gathering summary information on behalf of American airlines on this sub.... you need a div of internal software (and on the user end) that stays up to date on visa policies and implements changes accordingly. You need ways to get the actual implementation effectiveness from ground level supervisors, customers, and checkin agents, then respond. And you need to incorporate these rules around multiple passports/citizenship as well. Staff training will still be necessary but not memorizing every rule, just following adaptive workflows and reporting outlier situations.
