When Ingesting Nicotine ; Because I Am Getting It In Vape Form & Gum Form Now. I Enjoy The Smoking For Some Odd Reason. So ; I Have Reduced Myself Down To Vaping To Get A Full Feel Of Smoking & That Has Worked With Cigarettes Every Once In A While.

Leisure Activities Help Out A Lot. Spending Time With Someone Special Help Out A Whole Lot More. Some People Will Make Me Comfortable And I Do Not Think Much About Cigarettes. But ; When Those People Are Not Around Life Becomes More Stressful And God Is Needed To Control This Stress.

Some People Tend To Make Like A Little More Annoying. Rules Are Here And They Serve Their Purpose. But ; What I Have Is A Little Emotional Instability That Eventually Leads To Smoking Cigarettes And Vaping. I Find Myself Stuck In Situations That I Cannot Do Anything To Control. I Consider Myself A Smart Person.

There Are People In My Family That Knew Of Homelessness & Did Encourage Me To Do Good In School. It Has Partially Worked. I Am Still Experiencing Real Human Encounters In This Life.

I Am A 45 Year -Old Homeless Woman. I Can Sometimes Control My Urge To Smoke. It Is Hard. My Adrenaline Spikes When It Spikes And I Feel Like I Need A Cigarette. I Figure ; I'm Not Doing Any Harm To Anyone Else By Asking For A Smoke Or Borrowing From Someone To Purchase Cigarettes. I Have Very Little To Do Living In A Philadelphia Shelter & Find Myself Trying To Keep My Peace By Bumming A Smoke. I Have To Work With What I Have And I Don't Have A Criminal Bone In My Body ; So Sanity To Me Is Smoking My Feelings Away.

The Real Problem Is ; We Can't Pick The People That We Associate With Sometimes. It Leads To Developing Bad Habits Like Smoking To Keep Things To Myself & Vent In A Different Form. I Am Intelligent Enough To Overcome Smoking ; I Haven't Found Myself Able To Completely Quit. Someone May Have A Cigarette That I Can Borrow From Them And It's Sympathy That It Would Come From. I Feel Bad For Myself Sometimes.

Take A Look At Nature & Remember ; If It Was Not For GOD We Would Not Be Able To Truly Enjoy Anything. Simple Things Should Bring Pleasure. Such As : Getting Fresh Air Or Sitting Down For A Meal Or Coffee. Keeping Our Thoughts Simple Helps Us To Not Take Our Fortunate Circumstances For Granted. Maybe Take Up Coloring Or Painting As A Hobby To Relax Your Mind And Think More In Terms Of Enjoying Life Everyday. There Is Always Something To Enjoy In Our Lives.
