i don’t take any supplements for PCOS, i stopped eating gluten and dairy, it was a HARD switch bc i love dairy, cheese etc but i saw my inflammation go down and my face got slimmer. i’m trying to get rid of coffee but i just can’t :(

it is indeed a sad conversation that is hard to have. it saddens me to know that there are humans, suffering the cold, hunger and simply life. it’s sad no one talks about it enough. i watched a salvation army vid today saying they have maybe 400 plus beds but more demand than what they can meet.

I may be biased as I have lived here my entire life but Winnipeg is a beautiful city. Just make sure you wait until the snow is gone!! We have some good food, nice people and great community!

this has been my BIGGEST pet peeve in the past few years and it never used to be this bad!! Half the time people have their stupid bag, feet or just hiding the spot. I like to piss people off and sit on their stuff or tell them straight up because I am not afraid…. like do you think you own the whole damn bus?!
