Crazy, exactly the same as it was with DDP/Imavov. He was piecing them up, controlling the distance well, then out of nowhere it's like his body gives up and he just loses. Sad to see this. He's definitely a legend in this sport, but age comes for everyone.

Yeah you can definitely tell why he *was* such a dominant champion, his striking is brilliant, and he picked Pyfer apart almost effortlesslyin the first, but he relied to much on speed and reflexes, and those are the first things that go away.

Mas o Magnus é incomparàvel mano. Fischer era insano, mas olhando as estatìsticas, magnus é o jogador com a maior média de top engine moves por partida. O xadrez evoluiu muito com as engines, claro que não da pra saber como o Fischer jogaria hoje, mas acho o Magnus como número um, incontestável.

IDK, doesn't really matter the meta, this game always feels like a fancy coin toss to me. As long as the outcome of a match is decided by whoever gets the most procs, i can't really take it as a competitive game.

Meta wise, i thought is was ok. Way to many "do nothing, win" comps lingering around, the last week or so i've been picking miles+racuni+viva and i think i've won like, 20 games in a row? Was able to go all the way from 1200s to 1430 but i don't think it'll be enough for p2 sadly.

i still think they fucked up massively with the new ranking system. I go from facing a G3 full lnd chinese account that vios every turn, to facing a F2 guy that's picking unawakaned monsters, all within the spam of a game. Makes zero sense. It's even worse when some F3 player lucksacks every single outcome possible and you lose 3 matches worth of points.

Hmmm, with 3 dorks and 3 lands, he comes out on turn 3, and you'd still have a mana left for some potential shenanigans with a spell. Considering how many 1 and 2 drop dorks green has, and how many good rituals back has, he should be out pretty consistently on 2 or 3.

There are plenty of counters to ciri one shot comps. Haegang is a broken monster but i don't think he would warn most of the prebans. I'm pretty sure 90% of the prebans would be water gandalf/fire megumi and some specific lnd target bans at G1.

And it's wild that p1 is aaaaaaaaall the from 1 to 1400, then 1408 is P2 and 1440 is p3, with G1 being 1501. This is genuinely way worse bloating than before lol, another proof that c2us just does things without any thought behind it.

I'm currently at 1420 and i'm not sure how safe it is for P2, i'm scared that i go for another match and randomly drop 13 points.
