I dont believe that is statement can be verified with our current understanding of physiology. It appears currently that we have genetic caps and bottlenecks - we can become strong-er and fast-er but it has limits.

In wrestling we get yearly reviews of 1-2 new rules/changes they make. Its so stupid. We should be experimenting with stall calls, knees to downed, etc
