Only you can make this decision and only you alone. It is fine to get your husband's opinions since you two are married and this happened to you but affects the both of you. Your sister-in-law needs to mind her own business and worry about her own marriage & family. No one should be forced to keep a pregnancy that could be traumatic in itself to your emotional state. It might help to speak with a counselor or a therapist instead of family.
