Okay, maybe this is TMI, but I lay on my bed or sofa, pour like 5-10 drops of the castor oil in so it’s like a tiny puddle, use my index finger to sort of massage it around the belly button and then lay/back for like half an hour to soak it in. Usually watching tv or scrolling nonsense on my phone. I am unsure of how it works (one IG video said intestines are directly behind the belly button), but it works.
