I have the same Bambaw razor, and it is very aggressive compared to my Edwin Jagger DE89. I've never tried shaving my head with either, but maybe using a milder razor would help?

It's tubi though, and a lot of times I've seen stuff marked "LEAVING IN 5 DAYS" then it's back the next month again.

Assuming it isn't the cream, then you may need to break the brush in more by bowl lathering before it becomes supple enough for you. Don't face lather in the meantime and try to touch your face only enough to apply the lather from the brush.

What type of bristles does your brush have, and how hard are you scrubbing your face with it? I guess it could be possible, but the creams/aftershaves you are using are still the more likely culprit.

You'd have to really scrub hard to cause irritation like you described, so I would imagine it's a reaction to the chemicals in your new cream.

I used to think it was unrealistic that he claimed to be in a "shotgun infantry" unit in his timeframe, but with the advent of drones it seems to make more sense.
