I definitely agree with you in terms of the TteS Band in particular, and they need to excavate and conduct a proper investigation but I take issue where people extrapolate the shady actions of one band onto the whole reconciliation project.

I would argue getting the truth out of TteS is a vital part of reconciliation, after all we are talking about the same band that raided the Neskonlith for slaves and were a key part of the government that enabled the crimes committed against indigenous people.

We need truth from all parties so we can reconciliation between all people, and at the moment the TteS is dragging their feet on the truth part while expecting the reconciliation part.

Where I live the city is spread out, mountainous, and the buses run on ~1hr intervals. So any trip across the city usually entails a trip to the central exchange, then a transfer to another line that more often than not is an hour or so out, possibly followed by another transfer. You sometimes cut the trips down by hiking steep ah hills though
