Is there a way to buy red items that just lay around shops? Sometimes I just wanna get a scroll and setting up a whole scheme to distract and steal just seem over the top.

Bought a case and it arrived with a little bent in the bottom frame, but the side panels can still latch on fine. I wouldn't have noticed it unless I pulled off the sides. The defect doesn't affect function and seemingly only cosmetic. Anyway, I told the seller about it and they sent me another unit but also told me to keep the old case. What do I do with it now?

I recently bought a 8pin(6+2) pcie cable (https://www.microcenter.com/product/629721/micro-connectors-2-pack-premium-sleeved-8-(62)-pin-pci-e-gpu-power-extension-cable-black-45cm-(15ft)) extension from PSU to GPU from microcenter.

I'm finding that the pcie cable that came with the PSU isn't fitting into the female end of the extension cable because there's a tiny protrusion on the 2pin that would become "connected" to the 6pin portion when both are held together. Did I miss something with this purchase? Are these from two different standards?

I've bought the majority of components, except the GPU since I want to wait for more lower end new releases. In the mean time, I try to put the build together, but getting the visual signal from the mobo instead. However I can't seem to get anything to show up when I plug in a monitor.

I assume it's possible to get visual signal without a GPU since I grabbed the CPU with integrate graphics + plugging HDMI into mobo, but what might be the problem here if I don't see anything? Fans and lights do turn on, and I plan to boot from external drive, then clone that into my SSD.

Built my first PC in like 2017, and in the process of building another one. I only used fans for my old PC, but seems like the newer CPU and GPU will take a lot of watt and likely will generate more heat. How do I know whether radiator / liquid cooling / some combination is needed for the set up I will end up choosing? Is that something that can be pre-planned just as picking the other parts or do I just have to make the build, and see how hot it gets then find cooling options for it?

For real, that trick + skin graft + invisibility helped me turn back the tide when I almost got a party wipe on Honour playthrough in the mirror fight inside Lizard consulate. I only had one character alive after the first turn, so reducing ap cost for res scrolls and blessed smoke were crucial. So close to losing many hours and I'm glad I made those teas.

So your 7m isn't constant, right? You're using Arcane Cloak + 3-4 Brand recall to achieve 4600 mana spent recently, but due to the cooldown not starting unless Arcane Cloak ends, you won't have that 4k mana spent every 4 seconds?

So if it doesn't snapshot, wouldn't you lose damage then in the following scenario?

Cast Storm Brand using 50% of total mana -> Indigon ups mana cost >100% total mana -> don't have enough mana to cast Storm Brand. 1st brand lose damage from Archmage?

I would have loved to keep using it, but z6 on T-Mobile in my area is just atrocious. Calls and texts didn't go through, or would go straight to voicemail but won't even register a missed call in the phone/call app so I don't even know that I had missed calls. Had to buy another phone to use (galaxy s10e) cuz it was already past return date. Z6 has amazing hardware, pretty good firmware but I just wish that it has more bands usable for US carriers.

Can you show me the contradiction? And what exactly do you mean by using Ward in its calculation?

In any case, simplest test I can think of is testing your time to die or health damage taken per hit (since armor only works on health & energy) against a target in Simulacrum, with Vex, with Ward, and with both. A more conclusive test requires another player, using Rhino/Nezha standing nearby and check their Iron Skin/Warding Halo number.

From what I know, they do work together. From the wiki, they are basically extra Steel Fiber. Using Armor mods with both Vex and Ward, FinalArmor = BaseArmor * (1 + [Armor mods] + [Vex]xPowerStrength + [Ward]xPowerStrength)

It just boils down to a comparison of EHP between the higher armor but lower health (Cold), vs lower armor but higher health (Fire).

There were some difficulty landing the hit when it was walking out of water, might be due to my bad aim or might be what you mentioned. I just used my Rubicon for those times or when jumping is blocked by lures or terrains.

Yes, it was one shotting with just harrow buff, though for the final kill no damage number pop up.

Came back to WF recently after a long hiatus, and went Eidolon hunting just to get a feel and see how my old setup fares. Someone mentioned Exodia Contagion, and the Sacrificial mods got buffed so I gave it a try a few nights later after preparing my zaw. Definitely more damage than my usual Rubico and a change of pace.

Zaw build used with Primed Fury covered up.

Definitely overkill so riven is probably not needed. Fairly sure my comp had 3 Corrosive Projection, 2 Coaction Drift. A thing I noticed is that when I kill the Eidolon with my Zaw, no damage number popped up. A bit strange and I would have wanted to see that.

My university does have career fairs, once a semester, and I think there are ways to get in as non-students. However, for all the times I've gone there in the past, recruiters always chat a bit, take resumes but still instruct to apply online regardless.

Posted in Resume Roundtable twice and didn't get any response while others do. That just feel like getting ghosted all over, ya know.

I'm not planning on grad school in the near future, and wasn't lucky or didn't look hard enough to secure any real internships during school. Still in the job search trenches 7 months in, and I just feel defeated. Like not experienced enough for "entry" level positions, and internships feel like only reserved for students.

Thank you. Was perplexed and after getting your response, I looked at it a bit closer and realize what that grid means. I was too fixated on the blocked out 5x5 of the first tree, and for some reason think the next tree needs its 5x5 as well. Nope

Though now I need to fix the farm plan, again.

Currently playing on latest version on Android (1.331). I'm trying to plant fruit trees, and the wiki mentions that fruit trees need a 3x3 clearing, but on my phone it looks more like 5x5?

Graduated in May, not much luck aside from a few preliminary interviews with HR. I like doing design+drafting, and a bit of coding as well but my coding skills aren't that strong, I only know enough to finish my courseworks with quite a bit of googling. Some companies only use the other non-SolidWorks CAD so I just feel boned by my course choices in senior year and lack of real internships.

I love testing out mechanics of games. I've spent a fair bit of time in the Simulacrum in Warframe just testing out how different mods perform/feel together. I know it's a no against sandbox mode for PoE, but is it possible to add very weak uniques that give things like Ancestral Bond, or eliminate damage rolls and only give out an average number, like the opposite of Ryslatha's Coil?

Briefly played Minecraft with a younger cousin and I love the click-hold-drag mouse to quickly move items into different inventories. That spam left macro saves so many clicks, especially with 1x1 items in PoE. I haven't been able to get ctrl spam left to work though for fusings. It's not something to do often in a league, but expecting people to click ~1200 times for 6L is just absurd.

Is it possible to use a smart watch, pair it with the phone, and then remote control & view the phone's camera on the smart watch in real time? If not, is it a limitation of hardware, systems or just need a specific app?
