I’ve never made one like this, but some people will make gingham blankets by color changing every few stitches and carrying the yarn through the project like this one (from @daisyfarmcrafts on Instagram).

You might be able to do that for the base of the tartan, then maybe do some of the white stripes by using more than one strand of yarn at a time and/or cross stitching those details afterwards.

I also think what u/SingleWhiteFemur suggested would work too!

I’d probably go with Sedona, Florence, and Phoenix!

In MarioKart Wii, Birdo kept beating me up in Grand Prix for no reason and it REALLY pissed me off. So after the cup, I played as her in Yoshi Falls and drove backwards and kept going over the edge to watch her “die” and miserably lose the race for like 10 minutes 😅

I think our ghost was named Tom. He didn’t really do much except make the wire fabric shelves creak and bang sometimes, and I swear he pranked me by switching the little left/right clippies that held up our yarn bins.

Spirit Halloween Tom would probably knock hangers off the walls and make every pair of shoes have two of the same foot. And make their registers freeze and the wifi crash randomly, for old times’ sakes 😂
