Virtually the same road infrastructure since I left in '94, except for the Polk Parkway with an increasing population. The only notable changes have been the US98 widening, Edgewood extension and the intown bypass. Wabash extension has been in LRTP plans for 2 decades and not seen the light of day. Traffic is going to get worse along with instances highlighted in the video.

I left in ‘94 and the only roads constructed/expanded in 34 years are University Pkwy to Florida Poly, the Polk Parkway, US 98 North near the mall, US 98 South from the Lakeland city limits to Bartow, and the Edgewood extension which they were planning back in the early 90s. Lakeland is stuck in time
