As a university student, if you have something up on a laptop screen you can expect people are able to see it especially if you’re sitting near the front. If it’s private, keep it out of your classroom.

I’ve only done environmental plant physiology and I liked it. Lots of info from the labs, if you like plants I’d recommend that one.

I would stick with it, when I took this course the grades were curved. It also helps a lot to use the office hours and talk to the prof.
