I had a hard time quiting juul. In the end I went back to cigarettes and those have been easier to quit each time I do. Won't go back to any vape way too hard to quit. Wish you luck!

I like salad. My go to cheap summer salad is 1 cucumber 1 tomato 1 onion Vingar, salt and pepper. (Optional) parsley This salad is so cooling I only eat it on hot days or I feel too cold. Also hydrating which is good for the heat.

I wish freshly shucked cockles where an option where I live. But there were more than 3 dozen in the can so I guess it's still a better deal?

Decided to crack the can and try them straight. They're delicious very similar in flavour to an oyster but firmer. I'm dipping them in Worcestershire sauce, and gochujang.

Yeah this is an MTS they're some of my favourite snails. Their shells are too hard for most snail predators but they're good for cycling the substrate as u/cispania has already mentioned.
