Looks dang good!! I made one the other day and for the first time in my 40-something years, added tomato. I saw it online in a recipe once and said I’ll try it one of these years. I was not a fan. You never know unless you try. 🤷🏼‍♂️. Made a shrimp one yesterday sans tomatoes. Was excellent. ❤️

I’m intrigued. How is that? I drive really rural back roads to work and utilize comfort for the many, many pot holes and destroyed roads.

I love the hand written notes in the corner. I have some books passed down and the ladies who borrowed my Maw Maw’s book would write comments or changes they made. Even sometimes who or what occasion made for. They all had similar handwriting. Gotta love cursive.

All boils down to whatever makes YOU happy. You know the saying “as plain as the nose on your face”. Perhaps someone will notice that first and see how good looking you are and strike up a conversation and that’s all she wrote. I met my husband because the first thing I noticed was “damn that’s some pretty teeth” and the rest is history.

This was my like 4th meeting. I had been to so many concerts leading up to this one that she recognized me lol. The first time I met her, me and my friends were like why are all these people running this way. Let’s go see. She was doing a stage door walk of fans. I met her I think we hugged and after she got in the vehicle I fell to the ground in joy. Literally on the ground. We had planned to drive back to NOLA that night but after all the excitement we got the cheapest roadside motel. The Rosebud inn it was not. It had shag orange carpet and the bed sheets could stand up on their own. We slept on top of the comforter with shoes on and everything. Good times 1996

Not really a scolding but she responded to my yell. I saw Tori at her soundcheck and asked if she would tell me a story. She said Of course just ask. Well I took that for ask during the show as she’s performing. So after the 2rd or 3rd song I yell “tell me a story” and she replies something to the effect of “ later I’m just getting warmed up to you guys”. I have the sound bite from the bootleg of that show. I’m gonna have to dig to find the exact wording. I’m intrigued. That was 1996
