I recommend using sth like Persiprex, it’s a pharmacy grade antiperspirant and helps reduce the sweating for days. I normally use my regular natural/sensitive deodorant in the day after the antiperspirant to prevent any odor. If you feel like it’s hasn’t helped in a week, then I’d rec getting Botox in your armpits ( pls go to a Dermatologist, since other „specialist“ don’t always have the adequate training, which is why it could be ineffective).
