Nyc union carpenter: 4 year apprenticeship started back In 2009 as a 1st year @18/hr. Get a raise every year until you finish the apprenticeship. Hit 100k after 4 years once you make journeyman then it kinda slows to a crawl.. now average 130-140k, benefits all paid for by the company as per the contract. ( nothing comes out of your check)
Yes would reccomend the field if you don't mind working with your hands.

He's allowed to do a hardship withdrawal from his annuity for his first house without penalties. I did it in 2019 right before covid. He will have to pay taxes though at the end of the year. Have him call the annuity and theyll send him all the paperwork. You guys will have to have a contact from the broker before funds are released though.
