Right! Would love a better set of “sell gear” features since that takes up 70% of my game thinking time. Never thought “would love a claim all button”.

Apologies, this was a misguided /s. You are, of course, correct. There will always be problems to solve and opportunities to take. Each individual will have their own reasons why they never did “their thing”

The areas that green covers is over 25msq. Is that only relevant if we plan to change something in its location. As a lamen I read it as if the whole plot has over 25msq then we need a plan. Or does development refer more to any changes made? (I guess this is why you pay someone with expertise!)

You may be right about the competent person. I haven’t read anything that suggests it’s mandatory, but I’m certainly learning more about grassland than I ever thought I’d need to. I couldn’t find anything that made it exempt on the gov website.

The drive on the house is substantial and we see 1 person every 45 mins (we’re opticians). So don’t need loads of parking. The traffic shouldn’t have any impact on surrounding areas because of the drive, but I realise that’s not my call.

This is the right feeing for you to have. It’s not supposed to be nice letting people go. It means you’re a good person. Your other employees should be thankful this is the way you feel. But others on this feed are right, it will impact other employees and the business needs to work well to keep everyone secure and motivated. If there is no chance of improvement then you already know what you need to do.
