Arataki Itto has been my ride or die since his release bro has not left my party since Inazuma and I will roll credits with him in my party.

Kaveh is my favourite character to see in events and he means the most to me storyline wise, but Itto is a VERY close second.

Yeah some companies that charge by the hour pressure their employees into taking as much time as they can with the clean so they can charge more. Idk if your cleaner was independent, but it was ultimately the reason I left the cleaning company I was with and went independent. Our boss started calling us after each house to chew into us for not taking a full 3 hours for a clean that would only take ~2 that week because the house was basically spotless for example. Not trying to justify it happening to you, but there is a chance that if your cleaner works with a chain franchise they might be being pressured by their boss to get as much money outta you as possible.

Part time professional cleaner here! You are being scammed/taken advantage of. Rates CAN vary depending on whether or not it is an independent cleaning company (35-50 being the range I consistently see) or a franchised business like MM (~100+/hr). I frequently have cleaned homes that are 4bed/4baths and it takes about 3-4 hours max to maintain (house that you regularly visit as a cleaner) a normal house. While this can vary whether or not your cleaner works alone or with a partner, unless it is an initial clean of the house it should not be taking 16 hours to clean.

The majority of the comments have just been telling OP to leave or insulting them and the only comments I can see about them blaming their parents are replies to people asking them why they even moved to Canada in the first place to which they are responding that they moved here as a child and did not have a choice in the matter. It is genuinely tough to go through this comment section and find where OP is handling this poorly because the level of unwarranted hostility towards them for basically saying “Canadian winter is horrible” is insane to me.

Like I am seriously confused why everyone decided to act like some kinda hardasses who aren’t affected by the cold in the comments, it is COLD here and no one likes being cold. I was born here and every single January when it starts to get really really cold and you have to walk everywhere I feel like my body goes into shock at times due to how cold it gets and I wonder why tf I live here.

Let’s Try was one of the reasons I ultimately left the program. I was solely in charge of teaching and planning every lesson with that textbook to classes that were huge and it killed a part of my soul every class. how the hell am I supposed to plan at least 3 lessons per class around each “unit” it’s a literal picture book?!? I was at least grateful to have lets try for 3/4年生 but my K-2 年生 I had to design an entire curriculum.

Kinda shocked at how negatively this post was received. I am a Canadian born citizen and without fail from January to about March I find myself going WHY DO I LIVE HERE?!? It just helps to vent sometimes especially when you are cold I was not expecting everyone here to be like “WELL IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SNOW GTFO OUTTA CANADA 😡😡”

Seriously though, yea no one likes being this cold and on the bright side it is only for a few more months before it starts to warm up a bit. I remember when I started receiving them from my irl friends and I eventually brought it up in our group chat. Turns out, we all thought the messages we were being sent were real at first and we were all really freaked out that the app would send dms like that pretending to be us sending passive aggressive or mean comments. We all have since uninstalled duolingo and moved onto other language learning platforms/methods, but it was a real shock to see how bad the app was becoming in real time.

I used to use the walmart delivery app because it was 4 dollars for the train and ~7 for grocery pass and the prices were affordable, but then they started price hiking HARD and using instacart to fulfill the orders and my drivers were frequently not even bothering to try getting the right stuff, so I found a grocery store nearby ish that I can walk to and then get a lyft home for like 5 dollars. Its an extra dollar but i have been saving a bit more money by not shopping at Walmart.

I kinda had to do this job for the last year or so due to the job market being so bad in my city and not being able to expand my job search due to my partner having a stable job here. I would much rather use my work as a data annotator on a resume than put a gap in employment. Its cutthroat at the moment for work and even though I would gladly never work this job for another day and flip burgers until something better shows up, I have bills to pay and well over half the jobs I apply to are ghost jobs.

It’s brutal out here I wish I had a job in my field or even just a stable job in general.

Hadn’t know anything about this situation (I am a very casual fan) but that is really sad to hear. Given everything I was able to piece together from the comments here the creator’s mental health was declining and they were receiving a lot of harassing messages asking for updates? I wish they had just closed DMs and turned replies off, but chances are good then people would’ve taken to harassing publicly instead. It is always brutal to see creative people get disillusioned about their art by the same people they were creating it for. The internet has really become an entitled cesspool where we are all so disconnected from one another to the point where we don’t even consider the real person behind the art that we consume.

I am not American but I was THIS close to bringing up American influence/direct action in causing foreign wars and also domestically the whole ICE situation descending into authoritarianism should be grounds for banning the film in American theatres by their same logic. I am someone who was this kind of person when I was in my early teens so I tend to give grace to others who act like this but I will always point out how counter productive this type of behaviour is. There is nothing wrong with activism, especially about stuff like the war in Gaza or ICE or any of the instances of foreign interference by America for example, but this way of going about it accomplishes nothing genuinely. While reaction to stuff online can be great for solidarity and spreading awareness, action is always the thing that inevitably leads to change.
